Privacy

Simple data. Clear purpose.

Good News IRL collects the information you choose to provide when joining the briefing or submitting a story tip. That may include your email address, community, story details, supporting links, and an optional contact email.

We use newsletter information to deliver Good News IRL, understand which signup source worked, personalize coverage, operate the founding-reader referral program, and improve the publication. Story-tip information is used only to evaluate, report, and follow up on potential coverage.

Newsletter delivery and measurement may use SendGrid, Google services, Neon, Google Analytics, and our website hosting provider. These providers process only the information necessary for their role. Good News IRL maintains a separate audience system from other publications operated by the founder.

Referral links contain a random reader code so we can count successful invitations. If you separately opt in after joining, your first name and community may appear on the Founding Readers page after five verified referrals. Your email address is never displayed, and you may withdraw recognition permission at any time.

We do not sell personal information. We do not ask for payment information on this site. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter.

Story tips are not promises of publication. Please do not submit confidential information unless you are comfortable with the newsroom reviewing it.

Questions or deletion requests can be sent to nishant@digsfact.com.
